2. Personal Data We Collect

• Full name
• Phone number
• Age
• Driving license type
• Driving experience (years)
• Preferred work province/area
• LINE user ID and display name

3. Purpose of Use

We use your data solely for driver recruitment screening and to contact applicants during the hiring process.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of steps necessary prior to entering into an employment contract, and/or your consent, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal data to any third party or client company. Your data is handled only by DriveZ's internal recruitment team.

6. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data is stored on servers located in Japan, which constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data out of Thailand. We maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data.

7. Retention Period

We retain your data for as long as necessary for recruitment screening, by default no longer than 180 days from the date of your application. After that, your data is deleted from our systems unless a legal reason requires longer retention.

8. Your Rights
